To ensure the onboarding of new starts efficiently by ensuring all processes are followed from contract signing to being approved as as competent in the field to support cases with our implants.


Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. 

 


DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Induction Lead & Sales Force Effectiveness Coordinator, located in Leeds, United Kingdom.

Job purpose: Enabling the business to maximise it's investment in new staff members by minimising the time taken to reach competency in role through diligent registration and management of the process to sign-off

Core Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for providing technical, operational and administrative support to support the UK DS commercial organisation. 
  • To ensure the onboarding of new starts efficiently by ensuring all processes are followed from contract signing to being approved as as competent in the field to support cases with our implants.
  • Enabling the business to maximise it's investment in new staff members by minimising the time taken to reach competency in role through diligent registration and management of the process to sign-off
  • Majority of their time is focused on delivering support services to help teams achieve day-to-day objectives 
  • Typically work involves Supports procedures to resolve mostly routine activities to support the onboarding and induction of new employees. 
  • Works collaboratively with BU leads and functional partners as required.  

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong team player, with high organisational/planning skills with the ability to get things done. 
  • Strong collaborator and ability to works across teams/DS matrix. 
  • Proven communication, presentation and organisational skills. 
  • IT literate – ability to use word, excel, power point applications and appropriate IT resources. 
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data when needed.
