SUMMARY: The Induction Coordinator is responsible for creating work orders and induction of small engine components into the production process. This role ensures that all incoming units are accurately documented, meet quality and certification standards, and are properly prepared for manufacturing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create work orders.
- Review kits and confirm contents match the paperwork received.
- Transfer kits to the appropriate designations.
- Maintain organized records and update ERP systems accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School/GED equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant/technical work experience.
- Basic computer operating skills (Word).
- Proficient writing and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Can read and comprehend customer purchase orders.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with ERP system and production workflows.
OTHER:
- The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
Skills Required
