- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for software, SaaS applications, cloud services, subscriptions, and digital technology solutions.
- Handle procurement of enterprise software licenses, maintenance agreements, support renewals, and subscription-based services in accordance with procurement policies and approved supplier agreements.
- Create, review, and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Statements of Work (SOW), and RFQ/RFP activities through SAP procurement systems.
- Ensure timely PO creation, release, amendments, renewals, and closure within SAP while maintaining procurement compliance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including IT, cybersecurity, finance, legal, and business teams for seamless procurement execution and issue resolution.
- Support sourcing initiatives including supplier identification, commercial evaluations, quotation analysis, benchmarking, price negotiations, and vendor onboarding.
- Manage procurement documentation and maintain audit-ready records for compliance and governance requirements.
- Handle contract drafting coordination, approvals, renewals, amendments, and tracking through Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
- Monitor software contract compliance, subscription utilization, renewal timelines, licensing terms, and supplier performance metrics.
- Support software asset management activities including license tracking, true-up management, usage optimization, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, delegated authority matrix, internal controls, and information security requirements.
- Support procurement reporting, spend analytics, savings tracking, and operational dashboards.
- Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to drive standardization, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify cost optimization opportunities through consolidation, renegotiation, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within procurement operations and sourcing processes.
Skills Required
- Experience with procurement processes and systems.
