Your responsibilities:

• Lead the RFI/RFP/RFQ sourcing activities within certain threshold/spend category in order to optimize the cost/value/conditions for the plant.
• Search and evaluate potential suppliers/choose and optimize the existing supplier panel.
• Preparation and updating of e-catalogues for Fiori, negotiation of Price lists with key strategic suppliers.
• Check/validate Purchase requisitions within certain threshold/spend category.
• Ensure security of supply and required lead times.
• Relevant spend category data mapping and data support for Indirect Procurement Manager.
• Ensure alignment and Implementation of category strategy for assigned spend category.
• Follow best procurement practices.
• Net cost savings/cost avoidance tracking.
• Daily basis collaboration with key business stakeholders/requestors in order to secure business continuity for their departments.
• Updating master data by 3rd party vendors, approving and setting up of new suppliers.
• Collaboration with other procurement functions within Zentiva to be aligned with the strategy and seeking for synergies in purchasing activities.
We require:

+ 5 years experience in business support functions/Procurement functions within pharmaceutical/FMCG companies. University degree is an advantage.
