【ポジション概要】

マニュライフ生命保険(株)の購買部門において、間接材(Indirect Procurement)領域を担う購買Managerとして、Regional Procurementチームや社内関係部署と連携し、価格・納期・品質のバランスが取れた戦略的かつ競争力のある購買活動を推進していただきます。 本ポジションは、調達戦略の立案から実行、ベンダーマネジメント、業務プロセスの最適化まで、幅広い領域でリーダーシップを発揮していただくことを期待しています。

【主な業務内容】

  • 間接材領域における購買案件の 主体的な推進(新規契約/更新/再交渉)
  • RFx実施、条件整理、ベンダー選定、契約条件交渉(Regional Procurementチームと連携)
  • 購買依頼部門と連携した 要求仕様整理、コスト・リスク観点での最適提案
  • 難易度の高い案件や調整が必要な案件における 実務上のリード役
  • 購買プロセス改善の企画・実行:業務フローの可視化・標準化、Lean / Six Sigma 的な考え方を用いた効率化・品質向上
  • 購買システム(e-Procurement、契約管理等)の導入・業務定着支援
  • ベンダーマネジメント(評価、改善要請、関係強化)
  • 契約・案件パイプライン管理およびレポーティング
  • 上位管理職への 意思決定支援(選択肢整理、リスク・コスト分析、推奨案提示)
  • JuniorメンバーやAssistant Managerへの実務的な指導・助言
  • BCP、オペレーショナルリスク、購買ガバナンス強化への貢献

【求める人物像】

  • 間接材購買における十分な実務経験
  • 購買プロセス改善・業務改革の実務経験
  • 購買システム(Source-to-Contract、e-Procurement 等)導入または運用経験
  • Lean、Six Sigma(Yellow / Green Belt 以上尚可)などの改善手法の理解・活用経験
  • Spend分析、KPI管理、ベンダーパフォーマンス評価の経験
  • 契約交渉、ステークホルダー調整を自律的に進められる実行力
  • 実務に基づき、論点整理・選択肢提示ができる論理的思考力
  • 社内外の関係者と信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力
  • 英語での業務コミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
  • 現場に深く入りながら、購買機能全体のレベルアップに貢献したい志向

  • Significant practical experience in indirect procurement
  • Experience in purchasing process improvement and business reform
  • Experience implementing or operating procurement systems (Source-to-Contract, e-Procurement)
  • Understanding and experience using improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience in spend analysis, KPI management, vendor performance evaluation
  • Ability to autonomously lead contract negotiations and stakeholder adjustments
  • Logical thinking ability to outline issues and present options based on practical experience
  • Communication skills to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable communicating in English with business partners
  • Willingness to contribute to overall procurement function improvement
