Constant Contact is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indirect Partner Success Manager to join its dynamic team. In this role, the Indirect Partner Success Manager will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners to drive mutual success and growth. The position focuses on collaborating with partners to help them achieve their goals, ensuring they maximize the value of the partnership while aligning with Constant Contact’s strategic objectives.
What you’ll do:
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Understand partners' business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Retain and renew existing partnerships
Onboarding and Training
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new partners.
- Provide ongoing training and support to help partners effectively leverage the company’s products or services.
Performance Monitoring and Growth
- Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategies for achieving goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to address partner needs.
- Serve as an advocate for partners within the organization.
Conflict Resolution
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with partners.
- Ensure all concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Help develop long-term strategic plans with partners.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s objectives and market trends.
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on partner performance and satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
Who you are:
- 2+ years of proven experience in account management, partner management, and or customer success. Preferably in a customer success role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Churnzero, and other relevant technologies).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
