Our Chief Operations Office (COO) Pathways Program is a 12-month paid development program designed to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people build on their existing experience while exploring new career opportunities across one of Australia's largest organisations.
You will undertake a fulltime time work with a view to moving into a permanent role at the successful completion of the program. You will be supported by on-the-job training, complemented by an accredited Certificate in Business or Finance.
You will be part of a team that is dedicated to running, improving, and transforming the processes that deliver products, services, and productivity benefits to the CommBank Group’s customers.

You will be completing processes that fulfil critical services for our customers including the establishment and discharge of loans, processing payments and grants, and verifying details to progress product applications.
