With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travellers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.

INDIE LEADERS OF TOMORROW PROGRAM
We are excited to welcome driven and talented recent graduates to join our dynamic team at our Lisbon headquarters. As part of our ILT program, you will gain hands-on experience across various departments, including finance, operations, marketing, and more. You will work directly with department leaders, providing you with a unique opportunity to understand the core of our business, contribute to high-impact projects, and develop key skills that will accelerate your career and become a future leader.

This program goes through 4 stages:

During these 4 stages you´ll have several opportunities: 

🚀 Engage with Critical Projects: You will work on high-impact projects that are crucial to the company's success, providing them with valuable experience and visibility;

🔎 Executive Shadowing: You will have the opportunity to shadow an executive, gaining insights into high-level decision-making processes and strategic thinking;

📢 Mentorship Opportunities: You will mentor interns, honing their coaching skills while contributing to the development of junior talent;

🔄 Team Rotation: You will rotate through different teams within their department, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and identifying areas where they can make the most significant impact.

🎓 Advanced Education and Funding Opportunities: Upon successful completion of the program, gain the opportunity to pursue an MBA, a post-graduate course or lead an internal project.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• Recent Graduate or enrolled in a Master's degree;
• Up to 2 years of experience;
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;
• Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;
• You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;
• Results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous and responsible for deliverables;
• Ambitious, self-driven and entrepreneurial, hard-working, frugal, bold, tech-driven, someone who thrives by constantly learning, overcoming challenges and creating impact;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides;
• Eligible for IEFP professional internship;
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
