Location: India - Mumbai

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship building / development.
  • Managing and achieving high standards in Customer Relations by developing a strong and dedicated co-ordination team
  • Monitoring client FDA billing, payment payable to LPA in time
  • Assigning DA to Team member pending status
  • Checking TAT requirements of principal in allocation of pending DA’s (need to allocate Overdue DA for further closing & submission)
  • Checking status of daily productivity (Sending daily KPI report to manager)
  • Checking & prioritising personal mailbox
  • Checking & prioritising group mailbox
  • Checking & reverting with require information to the mails which has been priorities (client queries or any follow up on client escalation).
  • Escalation of the dispute to commercial team or higher management where ever require.
  • Monitoring Client quey file updation by team members
  • Follow up on LPA queries escalated by team members as well as or escalation of LPA queries to next level as per escalation matrix, threw team calls, mails etc.
  • Checking SOA from Receivable team (concerned raised by client)
  • Checking SOA from Payable team (Reverting on local office outstanding)
  • Assisting team members in FDA processing
  • Creation & Updating of Client requirement in generic & client specific SOP.
  • Tracking of out of management vessels, time barred submission & change in owners of the vessel
  • Monitoring weekly submission of FDAs to the client
  • Preparing the DA approval pending report & submitting it to the client for further approval in case of online clients.
  • Preparation of various reports with the help of available data & submitting it to client as well as senior management as per the client requirements.
  • Arranging training for new joiner or arranging refresher training for existing team
  • Highlighting the IT issues raised by team or which impact on daily day to day work
  • Encouraging team members for their personal as well as professional growth
  • Taking a participation LPA engagement meeting to enhance participation as per the requirement.
  • Involvement in the creation of various reports, which were submitted to the client by managers

Inchcape Systems

  • Full utilization of Inchcape systems as per ISS Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure the team accurately verifies the FDA submission to the client in a timely manner.

Teamwork

  • To proactively collaborate with and support colleagues by adopting the spirit of teamwork.
  • To inform colleagues promptly of any emails, tasks or issues that require immediate attention to enable them to meet the expectations of internal and external customers.
  • To work with all colleagues in a friendly, business-focused, proactive and cooperative 

Knowledge :

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must have best knowledge of shipping.
  • Familiar with the husbandry/non-commercial services.
  • Team management knowledge.
