Main Purpose of Job
To provide the wider Managed Services department support in several activities.
Regulate S.L.A compliance to a standardized level for all agency types. Maintaining and update client data requirements, using the ISS application.
Co-ordinate the onboarding of existing processes into Global Support Services team.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintaining the accuracy of data entries into the ISS systems.
Obtain various shipping and costing documents within in the prescribed time frames Supporting the ISS operation to ensure selected SLA and KPIs are achieved Communicate with ISS operation on selected business processes to ensure smooth
onboarding of new tasks avoiding any business disruptions.
The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.
