This position is responsible for managing span of 750+ workforce across South Asia (India & SAARC Countries) , partnering closely with commercial business leaders to shape Strategic & Operational HR roadmap for the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, and implementation of robust people centric programs for the site which is on fast-paced growth path.
- Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
- Collaborating closely with the Business leadership team and consulting , facilitation , coaching business leaders with regards to guidance/support on people topics.
- Liaising with Global COEs and providing active support to Business Leadership team, around recruitment, compensation planning, resource planning, performance management, L&D, rewards and recognitions, succession, and career planning, etc.
- Creatively apply strong business acumen with robust communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives.
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Ability to drive a culture of Safety , Quality, Integrity and Compliance.
