Ruvixx is looking for a driven Engagement Specialist to join our global remote team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between technology and compliance, helping businesses protect their intellectual property while driving revenue recovery through professional engagement.

As an Engagement Specialist, you will manage compliance and anti-piracy campaigns. You will blend investigation, negotiation, and high-level customer service to resolve licensing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Coordinate directly with clients and end-users to manage compliance and anti-piracy initiatives effectively.
• Data Analysis: Analyze investigation data, evaluate trends, and maintain meticulous records in our CRM systems to drive reporting.
• Lead Generation: Utilize open-source intelligence and internet search techniques to develop new leads and refine customer engagement strategies.
• Process Optimization: Organize documentation to ensure consistent processes, knowledge sharing, and workflow efficiency.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide analysis and administrative support to meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.

1. Location Requirement:

• You must currently reside in the Delhi NCR region.

2. Language Skills:

• English First: You must possess Native or Professional Business Fluency in English.
• Communication must be articulate, polished, and persuasive, as you will be handling complex negotiations and legal concepts.

3. Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in Sales or Legal sectors.
• Note: Exposure to software compliance, anti-piracy, or intellectual property is a massive plus.

4. Technical & Digital Proficiency:

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using data management tools, CRM software, and MS Excel (or Google Sheets/SPSS).
• Research: Strong internet research skills, including the use of search operators and online lead generation techniques.

5. Soft Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle objections and prioritize tasks under pressure.

• Contract Type: Independent Contractor (2-year renewable agreement).
• Trial Period: All contracts begin with a 3-month trial period to ensure mutual fit.
• Compensation: $800 USD Fixed Monthly Salary.
