Job Title - Head of Corp IT
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Head of IT to lead our technology operations at a Group Level. You will be the perfect match if you have seen the scale of large enterprises but operate with the agility and "bias for action" of a high-growth startup. In this role, you will own end-to-end enterprise IT for InCred (workplace tech, endpoints, office infrastructure, ITSM/service delivery, IAM controls, vendor ecosystem), and act as a thought partner to leadership to scale operations across the group with strong governance, audit readiness, and startup-speed execution. You will not just "manage infrastructure"; you will be a strategic thought partner to the management, designing a frictionless, secure, and highly scalable technology environment that empowers our workforce to build the future of finance.
Responsibilities:
● IT Strategy & Group Scalability: Define the roadmap for office infrastructure, endpoints, and SaaS stacks across all InCred entities. Architect systems that can scale from 1,000 to 10,000+ employees without linear cost growth.
● Modern Workspace Experience: Treat "Employee Experience" as your core product. Minimize friction in onboarding, device procurement, and access management. If it takes an employee more than 15 minutes to get productive on Day 1, we have work to do.
● Identity First Security (Zero Trust): Move beyond basic IAM. Architect a Zero Trust environment where identity is the new perimeter. Oversee Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to ensure least-privilege access is automated, not manual.
● Smart Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with RBI, ISO 27001:2022, and ITIL standards, but achieve this through automated controls and real-time monitoring rather than bureaucratic manual checks.
● Infrastructure as Code/Automation: Drive a culture of automation. Reduce manual IT tickets by implementing self-service portals, chatbots, and automated workflows for common requests (software installation, access grants).
● Endpoint Engineering: Manage a heterogeneous fleet (Windows, Mac, Mobile) using modern MDM solutions. Ensure seamless patching and security without disrupting user productivity.
● Vendor & Asset Consolidation: Manage strategic relationships with OEMs and SaaS vendors. Negotiate group-level contracts to optimize costs while ensuring enterprise-grade SLAs and budgets.
● Network & Physical Infra: Oversee the design of smart, hybrid-ready offices. Ensure 99.99% uptime for network connectivity (SD-WAN, Wi-Fi 6) across all branches and HQs.
● Data-Driven: You don't just report "uptime"; you report on "time to resolution," "onboarding velocity," and "user sentiment."
● Builder Culture: You are willing to get your hands dirty. You prefer solving problems with a script or an API integration rather than hiring more support staff.
Qualifications:
● Experience: 10+ years in IT, with at least 3+ years leading IT for a high-growth tech company or a large-scale financial institution.
● Capital Markets exposure: Proven experience in Capital Markets, Stock Broking, or Trading environments. You understand the unique pressure of supporting trading floors (where downtime equals immediate financial loss), low-latency infrastructure requirements, and SEBI/Exchange-level compliance.
● The "Hybrid" DNA: Experience working in both structured environments (Big Tech/Banking) and unstructured, fast-paced environments (Startups/Fintech).
● Technical Depth:
○ Deep expertise in Identity (Keycloak, Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint or the like).
○ Strong grasp of SaaS Operations (Google Workspace, O365, Slack/Teams Enterprise, Jira etc).
○ Familiarity with Cloud Networking and Security (Netskope, ZScaler, VPN-less access).
● Compliance: Proven track record of managing IT audits (ISO, SOC2, RBI, SEBI) in a regulated industry.
● Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical risks to the Board/Management in simple business terms. Panel:
● Dheeraj Arani- 1st Round (Technical understanding of IT Infrastructure, Engineering scalable processes for endpoints & Automation)
● Maimom Kishor - 2nd Round (Domain Knowledge, Audit and Compliance, BCP/DR, Perimeter Security)
● Ashwin Sekar - 3rd Round (Strategy, Leadership experience, Team management, IT as a Product)
● Vikram Agarwal - General Discussion (Culture, Leadership & Fitment)
Skills Required

- Proven experience in Capital Markets, Stock Broking, or Trading environments (supporting trading floors, low-latency infra)
- Experience operating in both structured (Big Tech/Banking) and fast-paced startup/fintech environments
- Deep expertise in Identity solutions (Keycloak, Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint or equivalent) and IGA/least-privilege controls

- Proven track record managing IT audits and compliance in regulated industries (ISO, SOC2, RBI, SEBI)
- Strong automation/IaC mindset with experience reducing manual tickets via self-service portals, chatbots, scripted/API integrations
- Experience managing heterogeneous endpoint fleets (Windows, macOS, Mobile) using modern MDM solutions and patching strategies
