Ibtdara is looking for an experienced Saudi Incorporation Consultant to guide clients through the process of setting up and managing their businesses in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Saudi corporate laws, MISA regulations, and compliance requirements for foreign and local investors.
Requirements
- Business Incorporation Advisory: Assist foreign and local clients in choosing the most suitable legal structure (LLC, branch, joint venture, etc.) for their business in Saudi Arabia.
- Licensing & Registration: Manage the end-to-end process of obtaining MISA licenses, Commercial Registration (CR), and other required business permits.
- Compliance & Regulatory Support: Ensure businesses adhere to Saudization (Nitaqat), Zakat & Tax laws, and Ministry of Commerce regulations.
- Documentation & Legal Support: Prepare and review incorporation documents, including Articles of Association, company bylaws, and shareholder agreements.
- Banking & Financial Setup: Assist clients in opening business bank accounts, registering with tax authorities, and setting up payroll systems.
- Post-Incorporation Services: Provide ongoing support with visa processing, employment contracts, bookkeeping, and corporate governance.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining strong relationships with clients, government entities, and stakeholders.
Skills Required
- Deep understanding of Saudi corporate law, MISA regulations, and compliance for foreign and local investors.
- Advisory experience selecting legal structures (LLC, branch, joint venture) for Saudi businesses.
- Experience managing licensing and registration processes, including obtaining MISA licenses and Commercial Registration (CR).
- Knowledge of Saudization (Nitaqat), Zakat and tax laws, and Ministry of Commerce regulations.
- Ability to prepare and review incorporation documents: Articles of Association, bylaws, shareholder agreements.
- Experience assisting with banking setup, tax registrations, and payroll implementation for companies in Saudi Arabia.
- Post-incorporation support capability: visa processing, employment contracts, bookkeeping, and corporate governance advice.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement with government entities.
