Job Description
What you’ll be doing
This role is responsible for driving Inclusive Transformation by embedding inclusive design, leadership and behaviours across People & Places as well as broader organisational operations.
As an Inclusive Transformation Manager, you'll be a subject matter expert responsible for embedding inclusive design, leadership and behaviours across People & Places (P&P) and wider business processes.
You'll play a critical role in delivering Group Inclusion’s Inclusive Transformation agenda—driving a bold shift in how we design, work and lead. This includes partnering with Centres of Excellence (CoEs), People Partners, and specialist functions (e.g. Risk, Legal, Audit) to ensure inclusion is built into the design of policies, processes and colleague propositions from the outset.
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, supporting both programme execution and CoE partnering to unlock better colleague, customer and commercial outcomes.
Accountabilities include:
Support the delivery of the Group-wide Inclusive Transformation programme, embedding inclusive leadership, inclusive design and equitable outcomes across key people journeys
Contribute to the design and rollout of scalable inclusion solutions (e.g. learning, toolkits, leadership interventions)
Translate inclusion strategy into practical, actionable interventions that land with leaders and teams
Act as a trusted inclusion advisor to P&P Centres of Excellence
Build strong, credible relationships across CoEs, People Partners and senior stakeholders
Navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing competing priorities and perspectives
Use colleague insights, data and external trends to identify inclusion challenges and opportunities
Why join us?

What we’re looking for?
Strong organisational awareness, with the ability to navigate complex business, people and policy environments with credibility and influence.
Experience building effective relationships across HR and business functions to drive progress and deliver outcomes.
Data and insight-driven approach, using qualitative and quantitative evidence to identify opportunities, inform decisions and improve equitable outcomes.
Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, with a strong understanding of current challenges, emerging trends and best practice
Ability to provide trusted advice and guidance on DE&I initiatives, aligning activity to business strategy and organisational priorities.
Skilled at managing and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders, building collaborative partnerships to achieve shared goals.
Strong commitment to ethical practice, inclusion and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse colleagues and partners.
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams and delivering against strategic objectives.
Proactive and solutions-focused, identifying and removing barriers to accelerate delivery and maximise impact.
Confident in leading change, bringing others on the journey and aligning activity with wider organisational goals.
We know that great talent comes from many backgrounds. Whilst this job advert may reference specific years of experience, we recognise that skills are developed in many ways, so if you have relevant, transferable experience, we encourage you to apply.
