Job Description

  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to prompt and analyze incident data for insights.
  • Group and identify patterns of repetitive incidents to uncover root causes.
  • Develop and implement action plans, preventive measures, and control mitigations to reduce the likelihood of future incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and resilience.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for incident trends and resolution strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in Operational Risk Management, incident and loss management, problem management, operational forensics and fact-finding, or business continuity management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Foundational hands-on experience with Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
  • Relevant banking experience is an advantage; experience with technology-related incidents is a plus
  • Good command of English is a plus
