Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an Incentives Consultant to join our team! In this role you will get to be influential and responsible for providing key operational support for Parsons’ cash-based incentive programs and will serve as the subject matter expert and program administrator. This role will assist in the design and development of plans, documents, communication, education, and training. This role provides internal analytical expertise related to the compensation function, with an emphasis on cash-based incentive programs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Administration of cash incentive compensation plans; short term incentive plans, sales compensation plans, deferral plans, and retention plans.
- Partner with Finance on collection of short-term incentive metrics and associated data elements, to include scorecard details, targets, and results.
- Partner with Human Resources Information Technology Team to ensure successful Workday load of incentive data elements and ensure incentives and associated data elements are displayed, calculated, paid and communicated accurately.
- Accurately track, monitor and report on budgets, participation and costs within each cash-based incentive program and partner with Finance and Payroll to meet reporting and payout deadlines on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Development and distribution of opportunity and payout documentation and associated communications for all incentive participants.
- Develop and distribute deferral plan statements.
- Generate incentive models and reports using complex formulas in Excel.
- Compile and analyze business relevant salary surveys and obtain comprehensive market data to analyze internal and external market practice and recommend incentive design and guidelines based on research and conclusions made from compiled research and client input.
- Participates in the design and development of incentive plans, project requirements, and implementation of new programs.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive advanced professional experience in incentive compensation administration.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience with Workday Advance Compensation preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically excel (using formulas, v-look-ups, if statements, pivot tables, and working with large amounts of data).

Salary Range:
$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
