ABOUT USHippocratic AI is the leading generative AI company in healthcare. We have the only system that can have safe, autonomous, clinical conversations with patients. We have trained our own LLMs as part of our Polaris constellation, resulting in a system with over 99.9% accuracy.
WHY JOIN OUR TEAMReinvent healthcare with AI that puts safety first: We're building the world's first healthcare-only, safety-focused LLM, a breakthrough platform designed to transform patient outcomes at a global scale. This is category creation.
Work with the people shaping the future: Hippocratic AI was co-founded by CEO Munjal Shah and a team of physicians, hospital leaders, AI pioneers, and researchers from institutions like El Camino Health, Johns Hopkins, Washington University in St. Louis, Stanford, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and NVIDIA.
Backed by the world's leading healthcare and AI investors: We've raised significant funding from top investors including Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, Kleiner Perkins, NVIDIA's NVentures, Premji Invest, SV Angel, and six health systems.
Health systems and health plans are moving fast to deploy inbound AI at the front door: call center automation, IVR, decision trees, and provider directory workflows. This is not a role that follows an existing playbook, it's the role that writes it. You will define the methodology, standards, and reusable frameworks for how Hippocratic AI configures and deploys inbound solutions, the model that every deployment strategist and Forward Deployment Engineer after you will build on.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the Inbound Paradigm: Design the core methodology for inbound AI configuration, decision tree architecture, IVR logic, and provider directory setup, the standard the rest of the org will follow as we scale
Set the Deployment Model: Work horizontally across the deployment organization. Build the end-to-end deployment framework, from initial configuration through go-live and iteration, that deployment strategists and FDEs will use on every future engagement
Customer Implementation: Partner directly with health system and health plan customers to understand how to improve the configuration and launching of inbound AI agents
Requirements Translation: Translate patient access and call center workflows into crisp product requirements and configuration standards that scale beyond a single deployment
Engineering Partnership: Work closely with the Front Door product and engineering teams to ensure the paradigm you define is technically sound and buildable at scale
Enablement: Codify what you learn into frameworks, documentation, and training that future deployment strategists and FDEs will rely on as the org grows
Inbound Expert: You are a subject-matter expert in call center configuration and deployment, with deep knowledge of IVR, decision trees, and provider directory setup
Builder of Repeatable Systems: You don't just execute deployments, you've built the frameworks, playbooks, or methodologies that let others execute them consistently after you
Implementation Track Record: You have hands-on experience implementing inbound AI agents at health plans or health systems, and have personally labeled decision trees, configured IVR, or run call center pilots
Full-Lifecycle Owner: You are comfortable owning the full deployment lifecycle, not just the roadmap, and enjoy being in configuration sessions with customers
Domain Background: You bring a background in call center operations, inbound AI, or patient access workflows
Digital Front Door Fluency: Familiarity with digital front door technologies such as Hyro, Orbita, Nuance, Syllable, Notable, or Fabric is a strong plus
