Own the company’s IT and workplace functions, including identity, endpoints, SaaS, networking, security controls, compliance, budgets, facilities, physical security, AV, vendors, and business continuity. Build and maintain scalable backend infrastructure for healthcare AI applications. Develop distributed multimodal data pipelines, APIs, microservices, data ingestion and metadata systems, and ML enablement workflows. Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, sales, and engineering roles in a high-growth healthcare AI company. Build structured interview processes, assess candidates rigorously, close senior talent, improve recruiting efficiency, track hiring metrics, and partner strategically with hiring managers. The role also involves developing recruiting infrastructure, supporting compensation and offers, and hiring within AI, healthcare, and potentially regulated environments.

Build and scale AI-powered healthcare voice-agent SaaS products across front-end and back-end systems. Develop APIs, dashboards, mobile applications, reusable frameworks, and secure user experiences using TypeScript, React, Python, and cloud technologies. Own the payor and provider vertical product strategy, identifying high-value healthcare workflows and translating customer, regulatory, clinical, and operational needs into roadmap priorities. Partner with customers, Engineering, clinical safety, Sales, and Marketing to define ROI, ship safe AI voice solutions, and transition use cases from pilot to production. Build value propositions, ROI models, and case studies while driving adoption and expansion.

Lead company-wide product analytics and AI evaluation strategy, defining success metrics, quality baselines, and analytical frameworks. Manage annotation task design, clinician and expert rater workforces, guidelines, quality-control systems, RLHF and preference data, vendor relationships, tooling, costs, throughput, and delivery timelines. Partner with ML researchers, applied scientists, engineers, and clinicians to produce high-quality training data and release-gating evaluations.

Owns post-go-live relationships with health system customers, driving retention, adoption, measurable clinical and operational outcomes, executive business reviews, risk forecasting, and expansion into additional use cases. The role manages a named account portfolio, builds ROI cases, supports workflow change, and partners with Sales on commercial growth. It requires executive engagement with clinical, operational, and financial leaders and includes 25–40% travel.

Lead AI deployments for payor customers from planning through launch and adoption. Coordinate customer, product, engineering, clinical, and implementation teams; manage timelines, milestones, risks, training, rollout readiness, and stakeholder alignment. Translate payor workflows and business priorities into actionable plans, resolve blockers, guide organizational change, and develop repeatable deployment playbooks that improve scalability, adoption, and time to value.

Lead Hippocratic AI’s integration engineering function, overseeing architecture, delivery, reliability, and production support for Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, HL7, FHIR, and related interfaces. Manage distributed US and India teams, establish engineering and incident-response practices, guide partner integration launches, and ensure monitoring, documentation, and stable production operations. Collaborate with product, partnerships, health system IT, and clinical informatics teams while maintaining the organization’s interoperability roadmap.

Own and scale the accounting function, including AP, AR, revenue, payroll, fixed assets, invoicing, reconciliations, and global financial close processes. Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closing, financial reporting, compliance, audits, internal controls, and process automation. Manage international payments, multi-currency transactions, outsourced bookkeeping, and cross-functional accounting operations supporting US and India teams.

Own end-to-end healthcare AI deployments, including workflow discovery, solution design, agent configuration, data-flow mapping, implementation, stakeholder adoption, launch, and performance measurement. Partner with healthcare executives, engineers, product managers, and clinical experts to deliver customer outcomes. Vice President of Customer Success will lead a regional portfolio of health system partnerships and build a high-performing provider customer success organization.
