As an Inbound Sales Associate for one of the leading hotel chains in the United States, you will be the first point of contact for potential guests calling to inquire about accommodation. Your primary goal is to convert inquiries into bookings while delivering a world-class guest experience. You will play a vital role in upholding the brand’s high-quality standards and creating memorable moments that inspire loyalty and satisfaction.
- Handle inbound calls from prospective guests with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sales focus.
- Understand guests' needs and confidently recommend suitable accommodation, packages, and upgrades to maximize revenue.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to close bookings while delivering a personalized experience.
- Accurately process reservations and ensure all guest details and special requests are captured correctly.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales performance targets and conversion rates.
- Uphold the brand’s standards of excellence in communication, service, and hospitality.
- Remain informed on current promotions, hotel features, local attractions, and seasonal offerings to enhance your sales pitch.
- Address guest questions and concerns with empathy and a solutions-driven approach.
- Adhere to call quality standards, scripting, and compliance guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college or hospitality education is a plus).
- 2+ year experience in a sales, reservations, or customer service role (preferably in the hospitality industry).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
