Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our go-to-market team. This role is critical in converting inbound interest into qualified sales opportunities. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for inbound marketing leads, including demo requests, event attendees, and leads from demand generation campaigns.  You will engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest, and schedule meetings with our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch or grow a career in B2B sales or marketing and who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage promptly and professionally with inbound leads via phone, email, and other digital channels.
  • Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) based on defined criteria.
  • Conduct initial discovery to understand the prospect’s business challenges and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team and ensure seamless handoff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, lead conversion, and meetings booked

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, business or sales required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a sales development, business development, or customer-facing role (internship experience welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to quickly understand a prospect's needs.
  • High level of comfort with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve performance goals.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
