Guardian Tax is growing, and we’re looking for motivated sales professionals who know how to connect with people, build trust, and close.

This is not a cold-calling role. Our clients are reaching out because they are dealing with real tax issues and need guidance. Some are overwhelmed, stressed, or unsure where to even start. As a Client Advisor, your job is to listen, understand their situation, explain how we can help, and guide them toward a solution that could make a real difference in their life.

• Handle 100% inbound calls from individuals actively looking for tax relief help
• Build trust quickly and create a comfortable experience for potential clients
• Ask the right questions to understand each client’s tax situation and financial hardship
• Explain our services clearly and confidently
• Overcome objections with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Close deals and help clients take the next step toward resolving their tax concerns
• Follow up with prospects and keep communication consistent
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals

• 15% commission on all closed deals
• Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
• Top performers earn $15,000–$24,000+ per month

• Inside sales and phone sales professionals
• High-volume call center representatives
• Financial services, tax, debt resolution, insurance, or high-ticket sales professionals
• B2B sales and appointment-setting backgrounds
• Recent college graduates with strong drive and communication skills
• Former athletes or competitive individuals who love goals, structure, and winning
