Inbound Retention Representative (Six-Figure Opportunity)

Estimated On-Target Earnings: $70,000 (hourly base pay + estimated commissions). This role offers uncapped commissions, with top earners earning $100k or more in total annual compensation! Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance.

Located at our location in Roseland, our Retention team acts as the primary shield protecting our customer base. Equipped with real-time AI assistance tools to simplify technical details, you will have the backing and tech you need to de-escalate calls, build rapport, and save accounts. • Tenacity and Thick Skin: You do not take "no" as a final answer. You have the grit to present multiple tailored offers even when the customer starts out closed off.
• Active Listening & Persuasion: You can read between the lines during a high-stress conversation, pull out the customer's true pain point, and reframe our services to solve it.
• Strong Money Motivation: You are driven by the direct link between saving a customer and earning uncapped commission on top of your hourly base.
• Reliability & Foundation: You possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a willingness to take on full-time schedules, back-to-back call volumes, and shift flexibility.
• No Experience Necessary: Call center or retention experience is a major asset, but not required. We teach you the exact de-escalation and negotiation frameworks you need during training. Training time is compensated at your regular hourly base pay rate.

• Unshakable Grit & Money Motivation: Tenacious drive to negotiate, re-evaluate customer needs, and close retention sales to maximize your commission checks.
• Adaptability & Patience: Comfortable managing high call volumes while bringing an Adventure and Winning spirit to difficult conversations.
• High EQ & Thick Skin: Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to maintain composure during escalated calls. "No" is never personal to you.
• Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s a plus). Call center experience is a plus, but not required—we will train you on advanced de-escalation techniques!

Aggressive Uncapped Structure + Guaranteed Base

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $20.50/hour base pay with uncapped commission.
• Estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000/year, with top performers consistently earning $100,000+.
• Fast-Track Promotion Plan: Rapid internal progression built right into your first year. Performance-based milestones provide you with the opportunity to move up two title levels within 12 months, raising your base hourly pay: 
• Level 1 (Associate Account Executive): $20.50/hr 
• Level 2 (Account Executive): $22.00/hr
• Level 3 (Senior Account Executive): $23.00/hr 
• 100% Inbound Calls: No cold outreach or outbound door-knocking.
