We are looking for an Inbound Operations Manager
Responsibilities:

Supervise a warehouse staff

Hire and train new employees in warehouse

Create the schedule for warehouse staff

Coordinate with other warehouse managers and employees to help with storage, slotting and receiving operations

Review incoming shipments on the daily log
-
Accept loads from suppliers

Inspect received products to make sure they meet quality standards

Review inventories and determine the needed supplies
- Validate purchase order details

Track and resolve all Inbound discrepancies

Oversee incoming shipment scheduling
- Strategically plan for forecasted volumes
- Drive and participate in business related planning meetings
- Meet profitability goals
- Report data driven reports; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Collaborate with engineering teams to continuously improve process' and standards
- Be flexible in availability to ensure all volume is completed as required
Pay & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.
The base pay for this position ranges from $72,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $133,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
