About the Role
As a member of Harman Professional’s EMEA Distribution Operations team and reporting into Inbound and Inventory Supervisor, this role is key to manage inbound flows from our external and internal suppliers to our Distribution Center.
What You Will Do
- To monitor in transit shipments from global internal and external suppliers routed to Harman Professional’s EMEA Distribution Center,
- To ensure on time and accurate inbound Goods Receipt to SAP by working closely with 3rd party Warehouse provider,
- To communicate any issues to warehouse, 4PL, carriers and internal counterparts,
- To monitor and maintain SAP IBDN date to trigger accurate Sales Order confirmation,
- To make sure that shipping claims are settled in a timely manner with 4PL, carriers and warehouse,
- To allocate and monitor all inbound shipments associated to claim confirmations, customer returns, manual inbounds,
- To report Goods in Transit data and create Intrastat report,
- To support I&I Supervisor for monthly inventory reconciliation with the warehouse,
- To transact inventory adjustments in SAP (incl. scrapping),
- To support monitoring, reporting and managing actions to reduce non-sellable inventory,
- To create stock transfer orders based on sales demand (sales orders and requirements),
- To create DN and FT documents (commercial invoice) for STO shipments,
- To support Quality related actions.
What You Need
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred,
- Business English, written and spoken,
- High School education,
- Knowledge of international business rules, Incoterms, Foreign Trade.
What is Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Hungarian language,
- SAP knowledge,
- College degree or equivalent.
