Overview:

As a Sales Executive for the German Market, you will play a crucial role in Trustpilot’s commitment to building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses across the world. You will be poised to support businesses to build, grow and improve their businesses using the Trustpilot platform, backed by millions of global consumers.

You’ll be an integral part of the growth engine of Trustpilot and responsible for developing new business and converting generated leaders into new customers. You’ll know how to uncover your client’s needs and use a consultative approach to offer the best and most valuable solution.

With clear targets, a collaborative environment, and an opportunity for uncapped commission this role is ideal for a candidate who wants to grow alongside a high-performing team, enthusiastic about building a currency of trust online.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working predominantly on inbound based leads in the German market
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the German markets
  • Compile and analyse data to identify trends when speaking to prospects
  • Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport following through the sales cycle to close
  • Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting various verticals in the markets
  • Take ownership of the full 360 sales cycle (generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation and closing)
  • Illustrate the value of Trustpilot products and software solutions
  • Manage expectations and overcome objections
  • Work closely with your colleagues in Customer Success, Trials, Partnerships, Sales development and management to ensure that you offer the best solution to our customers
  • Build a healthy pipeline to ensure that you’re always exceeding your targets

Who you are:

  • Fluent in German. Along with English working proficiency. 
  • A professional interest in building a career in inbound sales
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Adept at qualifying leads, reaching the right contact, prioritizing the pipeline and closing the deal
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented environment with short sales cycles
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, online marketing and social media
  • a candidate with an entrepreneurial nature and desire to grow a career in software sales
