Inbound Assistant

takealot.com, a leading South African online retailer, is looking for a highly talented entry level Inbound Assistant to join our team in Cape Town.

This role reports to an Inbound Division Lead.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• No current level of proficiency, but willing to learn
  Basic proficiency level (can easily use basic formulas, sorting, etc.)
  Intermediate proficiency (can easily use pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, etc.)
  Advanced proficiency (can easily pull dashboards, power pivots, etc.)

Attributes required:

• Attention to detail and high standards of quality
• Strong excel skills (including vlookup’s, table)
• Solutions-oriented, self-motivated, can-do attitude
• Strong organizational & prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent team player

Qualifications:

• Matric
• 2 Years Administrative / Operational experience
• Competency in all MS Office packages, very strong excel skills (including vlookups), internet search
• Ability to learn internal data capturing and warehouse management systems
