As an Inbound Account Executive – Nordics, you’ll work with inbound leads from the Nordic region, guiding small and medium-sized businesses through their first steps with SumUp and helping them choose the right solutions for their needs.
🎯 What You’ll Do💬 Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team across the Nordic markets — qualify, consult, and convert
📞 Connect with small and medium-sized businesses via phone and email, building trust in both English and your Nordic language
🎤 Deliver tailored product demos and clearly explain how SumUp solves real-world business challenges
📈 Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring structured follow-ups and efficient lead conversion
📊 Track your performance, report on results, and stay aligned with regional targets
🤝 Collaborate closely with the wider Nordics team to share insights about market trends, customer behavior, and opportunities
👀 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You✔ Speak English fluently and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) at professional level
✔ Have experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role (sales, support, retail, hospitality, etc.)
