Job Description
- Responsible for FEM and fatigue simulation of hydraulic components.
- Analysis and optimization of design concepts using static structural FEM simulation and technical report preparation.
- Independent handling of simulations as a part of international simulation team.
- Verification of FEM results against analytical, experimental data.
- Participation in simulation reviews.
- Plan, Maintain, track quality & on time delivery metrics for simulation work packages via web-based application like Azure DevOps Server.
- Support standardization, harmonization and documentation of calculations, methodologies, including working procedures.
Qualifications
B.E. / M. Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Must have:
- Knowledge of structural mechanics and fatigue assessment according to international standards, e.g., ASME, FKM Guideline, Eurocode
- Knowledge of numerical modeling and methods.
- Knowledge of software e.g., Abaqus, FEMFAT, Creo parametric, Ansys.
- Experience with simulation of machined/cast components.
Advantage with
- Domain knowledge of hydraulic valve components
