Job DescriptionRole Summary:
You will be an important member of the Bulgaria (BG) based finance team with a global remit within Global Finance. You will support both the Global Finance Service (GFS) Measurement Reporting and Continuous Improvement Framework within the Bulgaria GFS.
This includes leading the delivery of Global Scale projects, working with Global Finance Senior Specialist to lead the Use of EmPower Program, supporting the GFS BG Teams on the delivery of key CI Projects which focus on delivering capacity creation within the teams.
GFS Measurement Reporting Governance
- Ensure the update on the Indicator Reporting Data by working together with the GFS BG Managers and Leads.
- Quality checks on the GFS BG Indicator Reporting Data ensuring that the Indicator Reported is complete and Accurate
- Analyze GFS BG Indicator Data, and provide critical insights to GFS BG Head, and SVP of Transformation on the main causes for the Indicator Movements
- Facilitate the Indicator Reporting Onboarding Session for New Managers in GFS BG
- Communicate any updates/enhancement made to the Indicator Reporting Process to GFS Leadership Team.
Support the 5% Delivery Projects
- Set up and coordinate the Monthly Project Forum, to monitor the progress of the important CI project for GFS BG
- Send Periodic reminder to the GFS BG Managers & Lead to ensure update of CI Project status onto the Global EmPower Tracker
- Coordinate with the Global Finance Improvement Senior Specialist to facilitate the PE log Evaluation Call to review all Global Finance Process Excellence requests, initiate EmPower workshops and projects to improve processes before further automation, determine the most appropriate automation solutions (Oracle CR, RPA...), and route requests to relevant teams for delivery.
- Offer coaching and support for GFS BG individuals to complete Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification following initial training.
More About You:
- Graduated in Degree in business, finance, data science or equivalent / 1-2 years of experience in continuous improvement work
- Basis experience of process mapping and use of Visio (process mapping tool)
- Basic experience on Gen AI Platforms
- Comfortable working with multifunctional and multicultural teams / users, and remote team members
- Knowledge in Data analytics and interpretation to identify, measure and priorities process improvement opportunities
