Responsibilities:- Analyzing and estimating the costs of import processes, taking into account logistics costs and relevant taxes (landed costs);
- Requesting international freight quotes per import process, ensuring competitive costs and excellence in import services;
- Reporting on savings and filling in KPIs,
- Ensuring that orders and price lists are updated in the SAP system, in accordance with prior negotiations with each supplier, ensuring compliance with negotiated prices;
- Controlling the end-to-end import and export process, including document checking, contact with freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers.
- Coordinating the issue of commercial export documentation for transportation in all modes;
- Negotiating and maintaining up-to-date delivery windows to ensure the best possible operational flow and efficiency;
- Feeding all import process information into the company's system.
- Receiving information on the process from the sales department;
- Providing the necessary documentation to complete the export process, such as freight, certificate of origin and other documents.
