Key Responsibility Areas:
- You will be analyzing existing supply chain processes and recommending improvements across logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and procurement
- You will be implementing lean and agile methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency and drive cost reduction
- You will be driving automation and digital transformation initiatives within supply chain operations
- You will be leveraging ERP systems and SCM tools to improve operational visibility, control, and efficiency
- You will be monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key supply chain metrics to enable data-driven decision-making
- You will be preparing T&W MOR and coordinating with GBS Finance for inputs and alignment with Regional FP&A
- You will be coordinating with key stakeholders within SCM and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- You will be leading AOP preparation for SCM, including planning, consolidation, and review
- You will be performing slow-moving, obsolete, aging, held, and excess inventory analysis, and sharing inventory lists with Demand Planning and Business teams for depletion planning
- You will be managing daily, weekly, and monthly provisions, and preparing MIS reports for costs and dispatches
- You bring 10+ years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics operations in a mid-level role within mid- to large-scale organizations
- You bring strong knowledge of integrated supply chain systems, including SAP
- You bring an excellent proficiency in MS Excel, with working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint; Tableau exposure is an advantage
- You bring a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
- You bring an excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- You bring an exposure to the tire or automobile industry, which is considered an advantage
- You bring the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- You bring proven capability to drive cost reduction initiatives and deliver continuous efficiency improvements
- You should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field and an MBA is desirable
