Overall Mission
The Export Import Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the logistical management of Interco requests (Subsidiaries/Agent/pricing), from receipt of the request to KPI management, including setting up, monitoring and closing the administrative file (supplier invoice management, invoicing of customs duties and VAT).
Main Contribution
● Receipt and processing of quotations sent by subsidiaries / agent / Pricing
● Implementation of logistics operations following validation of a quotation
● Follow-up of implemented operations
● Management of supplier invoices and re-invoicing of unforeseen costs (customs duties....)
● Maintaining KPIs and proposing actions in conjunction with other teams and/or management.
● Optimization of transport plans (change of transport plan, consolidation, negotiation with suppliers....)
● Profitability analysis
● Analysis / Writing / Validation and application of SOPS Interco quotation management
● Management of certain one-off projects (Lab Move, Removal, Vehicle fleet change)
● Back-up in case of vacations, absences, training
● Management of Ile de France / Province tours
Required Skills
●BAC+ 3-5 / 2 years' experience in temperature-controlled logistics
