Reporting to the Import Export Supervisor, you as a Import Export Analyst will be responsible for prepare documentation required for the movement of goods between countries, which may include: route transactions, valuation, landed costs, country of origin and entry, duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of merchandise, maintain both administrative and accounting records, in accordance with Littelfuse policy and with import/export laws and tracks regulatory changes and suggest modifications to current processes to remain in compliance.

About the Job:

  • Prepares documentation required for the movement of goods between countries

  • Maintains both administrative and accounting records, in accordance with Littelfuse policy and with import/export laws.

  • Maintain catalogs in Annex 24.

  • Update files (records keeping) about Trade Operations.

  • Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila (Hybrid role).

About you:

  • One to two years of experience.

  • Degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or related field.

  • English Intermediate.

  • Familiarity with import/export laws/regulations.

  • Knowledge in MS Office.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • High attention to detail.
