Import Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and maintenance of essential logistics records, ensuring timely customs clearance and resolving any issues that arise.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to provide top-notch service, including invoicing and cost accruals.

• Review, update, and maintain customer files with precision and care to ensure accuracy.

• Support internal customer performance metrics by delivering reliable data and insights to help drive decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to meet and exceed expectations.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

• 3+ years of experience in Import/Export or Logistics (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• A keen eye for detail with excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

• Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines while managing competing responsibilities.

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
