Coordinate FCL, LCL, and co-load import shipments from assigned origins. Submit and validate manifests via e2m, verify pre-alerts, coordinate with carriers, brokers, warehouses and shipping lines, prepare customs and release documents (MBL, DO, authorizations, container guaranty), assist with HBL endorsement and trigger release orders through Phoenix, and liaise with overseas offices, partners, and agents to support department operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Submission of Manifest- collect, review, and ensure correct encoding and Bureau of Customs validation of Inward Foreign Manifest via e2m.
- Handle FCL, LCL, and co-load import shipments from assigned origins.
- Receive and verify pre-alerts for accuracy (packages, weight, measurements, and documents).
- Coordinate with carriers/shipping lines for arrival and vessel details (ATA/ATB).
- Send complete pre-alerts and arrival information to PRC and consignees.
- Prepare and release required documents (MBL, DO, authorization, container guaranty) for customs clearance and container release.
- Coordinate with brokers, warehouses, shipping lines, and master loaders for cargo release, devanning, and CFS pickup.
- Assist with HBL endorsement and trigger release orders through Phoenix (PHX).
- Other duties that may assign by the Department Head.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Must possess a high level of commitment to quality service.
- 1-2 years’ working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics is an advantage.
- Adept in computer operations (MS Windows based programs) and other related office tools such as Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
