We are hiring an Implementations Technical Manager to be part of our global team in Little Rock, Arkansas. The primary duties of this position require the direct supervision of technical resources in the Euronet software Implementations and Project Services department and to actively participate in the installation and activation of Euronet software at customer locations. A particular focus of this position will be the new REN product suites and focus on those related projects and deliverables. The position will include responsibility for resource assignment of implementation projects and the ability to assist resources in various levels of the project life cycle as the need arises. Also, the position will require direct work with clients and Euronet project managers in the implementation phases of Euronet software projects, and coordinate with sales on scoping and pricing activities. Finally, the position will also include consulting with Euronet software clients concerning the implementation of software solutions in their respective environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate assignment of projects
- Mentor and train staff as required.
- Report certain quarterly statistics for Vice President of Implementations
- Conduct periodic reviews and meetings with project managers or other staff members.
- Work with staff to schedule vacation requests while coordinating proper project coverage.
- Monitor time accounting.
- Work to develop efficiency in project installation methodology.
- Review software builds and standard data options.
- Assist in the Implementations quality control initiative.
- Provide technical support to team members to ensure smooth deliverables and project milestone achievements.
- Actively engage in projects as needed to facilitate software installation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales support where required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, accounting, or a related academic field or 5 years comparable experience
- Experience or exposure to Euronet REN product Suites.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the installation of Euronet software or other financial oriented software.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience on the AS/400 or IBM iSeries platform and OS/400 operating system
- RPG III and/or RPG IV programming experience.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Banking or Finance experience
- Completion of management or supervisor training classes
