What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze project requirements and feasibility and develop technical diagrams.
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of cloud and end-user solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of implementation engineers while managing priorities, reviewing deliverables, and supporting professional development.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leaders, service desk engineers, relationship managers, and infrastructure teams.
- Design systems with consideration for scalability, performance, Siepe standards, and security needs.
- Conduct technical reviews of third-party tools and technologies.
- Identify technical debt and areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance quality and supportability.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Success in this role will be measured by timely project delivery, client satisfaction, technical accuracy, and adherence to Siepe’s implementation standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience working within AWS (preferred) and Azure cloud environments.
- Advanced understanding of IAM roles, policies, and privileges in both AWS and Azure.
- Strong expertise in Windows and Linux administration within enterprise environments.
- Networking proficiency, including Layer 3 routing, firewall configuration, IP troubleshooting, VPN management, and wireless systems.
- Experience with implementation of the Office 365 and Microsoft productivity apps.
- Proficient in Active Directory, including domain architecture, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS/DFSR, and NPS.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with SSO, SAML, and MFA.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune implementation, management, and policy control.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (high-level understanding and working knowledge of Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019 and Windows 10 and 11 is required).
- Proven experience with implementing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft 365 Conditional Access policies.
- Experience with ConnectWise and a proven ability to enter tickets and time logs accurately, providing in-depth details.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Comfort and experience with desktop support, implementations, and end user communication and management.
- Experience in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry, particularly within Alternative Investment Management.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and DevOps practices.
- 5+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Experience using GenAI tools to assist with scripting, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
