Position Summary:
The ‘Implementation Support Rep’ is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for CDK CRM & CDK Digital Retail products by managing Data & Configurations. In collaboration with NA BU's, Sales, Training and engineering teams, you will ensure a smooth and timely transition from sale to launch, including managing dealer expectations and addressing all customization requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute data onboarding projects by extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) dealership DMS data into CDK CRM systems.
Configure and manage data extraction processes using APIs or file-based methods. Normalize and transform incoming datasets to align with CDK’s database standards and formats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Project Management, and Engineering to ensure smooth implementation.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high data quality and integrity.
Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and ambiguities, providing clear documentation and resolution paths. Track and analyze raw datasets using Excel and other tools to support implementation activities.
Set up, configure, and integrate third-party vendor information into CDK Modern Retail products. Coordinate with NA stakeholders for all information needed from client & build rapport to stay inline.
In conjunction with the NA Team, ensure a smooth handoff from the India VIC stage to NA VIC/ PM.
Conduct thorough assessments of the implementation tasks to verify all implementation configs processed to ensure install accuracy.
Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, suggesting and implementing new processes or tools that increase efficiency or enhance dealer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ETL concepts and processes
Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools such as SSMS, MS Access, and Snowflake
•Strong Excel skills, including the use of functions and logic to analyze and organize data.
Utilize and manage software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to write & execute any custom queries
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Effectively multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment focusing on Details.
Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills to manage cross-functional tasks.
Prioritize a customer-first approach in every decision and process.
Focus on building scalable processes with long-term growth in mind
