Job Description: As a Software Implementation Consultant, Software Support, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects. Your impact will be significant in ensuring the successful implementation and support of our software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Overall project management
- Business analysis
- Creation of project deliverables
- Training and project resource coordination
- Work closely with clients and development team members to achieve client goals
- Ability to travel is required, though actual amount will vary by project
- Additional responsibilities may include client training, customer support, program documentation, product testing, and demonstration
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
