🛠 Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our cap table management platform.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets, tailored to each client's specific needs.
  • Proactively manage the implementation process end-to-end to achieve customers' target timelines and goals
  • Work closely with clients to understand their cap table structure, equity awards, and shareholder information to ensure accurate configuration of their cap table on our platform.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support to ensure seamless hand-offs
  • Conduct thorough product training sessions to ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of our equity management product.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues as well as provide feedback on product enhancements 
  • Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices

🙌 Qualification

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a customer facing role, ideally at a rapidly growing SaaS company
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills; the ability to simplify complex concepts for any audience
  • Experience in equity management, cap table management, or working within the startup ecosystem is highly desirable.

Annual Salary Range: $70,000—$90,000 USD
