Implementation SpecialistJob Summary:

SaaS studies show that 30% of customer churn can be attributed to poor customer

implementation. That is why the Implementation Manager (IM) team is so crucial to

Reputation.com and their enterprise customer’s experience. As a member of the Professional

Services organization, your team will be responsible for the first step in the customer journey.

You will work closely with solutions architecture and customer success departments and your

team will interface with new customers and own the implementation process; efficiently and

effectively transitioning our customers to the next phase of their journey.

Responsibilities:
Assess data quality issues and ensure new tenants are deployed with the best possible data set.
Develop a deep understanding of the Reputation management platform.
Manage the implementation of new business, to ensure client accounts are set up properly.
Troubleshoot technical issues to establish the root cause of problems and form a solution or workaround across a range of environments.
Reproduce customer issues and if necessary file bug reports, escalate cases to Engineering and provide necessary documentation.
Assist with the implementation of new tools and procedures that improve the overall Onboarding experience.
Additional duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications:
1+ years experience providing technical support for SaaS-based software solutions preferred.
Proven ability to think analytically and methodically with high attention to detail.
Expert Microsoft Excel user.
SalesForce platform experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts/explanations to non-technical users clearly and effectively.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.
