Our mission is simple: deliver smarter solutions that make utilities more efficient and better equipped to serve their customers.We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and help us exceed customer expectations. As a key player in our organization, you’ll work closely with utility clients to design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions that address complex business needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with clients to align their business goals with SpryPoint’s best-in-class solutions
  • Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration designs to deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure high-quality implementations by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and providing feedback on process designs
  • Oversee system configuration and provide input on training and testing materials
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including issue logs, configuration guides, and test cases.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise utility software, particularly Customer Information Systems (CIS)
  • Proven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects
  • Experience with Mobile Field Management (MFM), Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS), and Customer Engagement Portals is a plus
  • Familiarity with analyzing large data sets is a bonus.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • Knowledge of Reporting & Business Intelligence platforms is a plus
