We are seeking a talented individual to join our GBM Lite Implementation team at Mercer Operations & Technology, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Cluj. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The GBM Lite Implementation Specialist will manage end-to-end implementations for GBM Lite clients, ensuring fast, consistent, and high-quality onboarding across multiple geographies. You will work closely with Account Directors, Account Managers, Project Managers, GBM Local and admin teams to set up technology solutions, secure local appointments, and hand off clients to the Client Services team for ongoing support.
We will count on you to:
- Serve as the primary client implementation contact for GBM Lite clients, managing implementation timelines and priorities in partnership with the Account Manager.
- Ensure clients are fully implemented in contractually agreed markets quickly to accelerate revenue capture and deliver a consistent client experience.
- Apply implementation best practices, leveraging tools, templates and playbooks to drive efficiency and consistency across geographies.
- Oversee initial technology setup (BM+), support client demos/training during implementation, and coordinate with local teams to secure appointments.
- Track and report implementation metrics, document issues, and escalate to Client Services as required to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Foster strong collaboration with Client Services and other cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a ‘one team’ client experience.
What you need to have:
- Excellent proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an international, client-facing role within a matrix organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; detail-oriented and structured in approach.
