At GreenSlate, we make our clients’ needs a priority, knowing that our customer service sets us apart from our competitors.  We’re looking for an outgoing individual with a passion for technology and a desire to provide an exceptional level of service to join our growing support team.  As the POD Implementation Specialist, you'll own initial project setups and ongoing setup changes for the clients assigned to your POD, working side by side with your POD's Account Manager and Technical Account Manager to make sure every client is fully supported from onboarding through the life of the account. This is a client-facing role: you'll lead setup calls, answer client questions directly, and be a familiar, trusted point of contact for your POD's clients.

This role is remote within the United States.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
  • Complete initial project setups and ongoing setup changes for all clients assigned to your POD, including complex and studio-level configurations as needed
  • Serve as a client-facing point of contact for your POD clients, leading onboarding and setup calls with a friendly, knowledgeable presence
  • Partner closely with your POD's Account Manager and Technical Account Manager to ensure clients are fully supported across the relationship, from setup through ongoing service
  • Answer incoming support calls and emails from POD clients, and manage requests through Intercom
  • Follow Asana checklists and established protocols for each project setup and modification
  • Escalate technical or account issues to the appropriate POD partner (TAM or Account Manager) as needed
  • Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of POD clients
  • Maintain and update POD-specific templates, documentation, and configuration standards
  • Monitor production timelines and set up milestones to keep client projects on track
  • Assist with planning and coordinating client communications for your POD
  • Train and support new Implementation Specialists as needed
  • Provide coverage for fellow POD Implementation Specialists during planned absences
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of software implementation or project onboarding experience
  • Comfortable being client-facing and building trusted relationships with a defined portfolio of clients
  • Able to work well within a small, cross-functional team alongside an Account Manager and Technical Account Manager
  • Able to handle high volumes and work under pressure
  • Holds themselves accountable for completing their own tasks correctly
  • Self-monitoring, self-aware, and self-correcting
  • A desire to find the solution, not just finish the task
  • Enthusiastic about providing superior customer service
  • Excited to learn the ins and outs of GreenSlate's software platforms
  • Experience supporting accounting or other business operations software
  • Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Extremely focused and detail-oriented

SALARY RANGE:

$65K to $72K

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years experience with complex, configurable software platforms (ERP, payroll, accounting, project management, or production systems)
  • 1+ years software implementation or project onboarding experience
  • Experience using Asana for project/task checklists and workflows
  • Experience using Intercom or similar ticketing/support systems
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and perform accurately under pressure
  • Strong written communication skills for translating technical setup details
  • Extremely focused and detail-oriented, systematic and process-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated experience configuring complex, multi-layered software systems
  • Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics
