Job Description:
Implementation Specialist II-Card/WalletCSI is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Implementation Specialist II to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead and support software implementations for new and existing customers, helping them transition to CSI solutions with confidence and success.
What You’ll Do:- Manage and execute implementations for multiple smaller projects or one major solution for mid-sized clients.
- Lead customer data conversion, configuration, and go-live transitions.
- Own 60–70% of tasks across project types independently.
- Mentor and support newer team members within your solution area.
- Communicate clearly with clients to define requirements and ensure expectations are met.
- Stay up to date on CSI products and enhancements to deliver effective training and support.
- Provide quality assurance oversight for project deliverables.
- Participate in testing new business applications to ensure functionality aligns with requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally within financial institutions.
- Strong SQL/database query skills.
- Experience with reporting and analysis tools (e.g., R, SQL, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for helping clients succeed through technology.
