The Role
Supports EU-funded client projects by coordinating implementation, documentation, reporting, payment requests, budgets, deadlines, compliance, procurement, and stakeholder communication. Conducts research on EU funding programs and regulations, identifies project risks, follows up on action items, and gradually assumes responsibility for coordinating project components.

You will:

  • Support the implementation and coordination of EU-funded client projects;
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, payment requests, and other materials required during project implementation;
  • Help monitor project activities, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that key requirements are followed;
  • Support the preparation and review of documents related to EU funding requirements and project compliance;
  • Assist with procurement-related documentation and processes where applicable;
  • Communicate with clients, project partners, and funding agencies under the guidance of senior team members;
  • Maintain clear and well-organized project documentation;
  • Conduct research and analysis related to EU funding programmes, project requirements, and relevant regulations;
  • Support the team in identifying potential issues, following up on action points, and keeping projects on track;
  • Gradually take ownership of selected project tasks and develop towards independently coordinating parts of EU-funded projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance or related field (finished Master's would be taken as an advantage);
  • 1–2 years of professional working experience in project coordination, administration, consulting, finance, or EU-funded projects;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to work with clients and different stakeholders;
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn approach;
  • Native-level Lithuanian and good professional English.
  • Nice to have:
  • Previous exposure to EU-funded projects, public sector, consulting, project management, or grant funding.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in project coordination, administration, consulting, finance, or EU-funded projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work with clients and stakeholders
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Native-level Lithuanian
  • Good professional English
  • Completed Master’s degree
  • Previous exposure to EU-funded projects, public sector, consulting, project management, or grant funding
