In the Operations team at EBANX, you don’t just oversee processes. You ensure that every step of our solution runs accurately, efficiently, and reliably, impacting millions of transactions worldwide. Your day-to-day impact:
- Act as the main technical point of contact for all implementation-related activities throughout the client integration lifecycle.
- Facilitate account setup, provide hands-on technical support, and guide Merchants through testing and pre-launch activities.
- Manage the merchant's journey through integration until the solution is fully adopted and successfully ramped up.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Merchant-reported technical integration problems and system configuration issues.
- Handle post-live communication and follow-ups with merchants, ensuring operational stability.
- Relevant experience in system integrations and a deep, practical understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks) and data exchange formats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate highly technical terms into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to quickly assess, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex integration issues in a live environment.
- Effective time and project management skills to work independently and manage multiple parallel customer implementations.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to successfully interact and dynamically adapt to communication styles across all audience levels (technical staff, managers, and executives).
- Familiarity with database technologies and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
- Prior experience in the Payments or Fintech industry).
- Experience with software development or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to aid in prototyping or troubleshooting.
- Strong presentation skills for internal and external business units.
