We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our Europe Team as an Implementation Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for customer onboarding operations and new user training for OpenApply. This is a graduate-level position designed for individuals looking to start their careers in a dynamic Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment, with full training provided.

The ImplementationRepresentative’s primary responsibility is to serve as the initial point of contact between European customers and OpenApply during the onboarding period. You will work closely with the Solutions and Client Experience team to orchestrate the setup of OpenApply, ensuring it is configured to meet each customer's unique needs.

The right candidate will be a self-starter who is creative, collaborative, resourceful, and eager to learn the nuts and bolts of a global SaaS business

What you’ll learn in the first 30–45 days

  1. Product knowledge, the hows and whys of using OpenApply
  2. The role of implementation and why good customer experiences matter
  3. The context and workflows of international schools and how to best onboard them
  4. Internal tools, processes, and best practices that support the customer onboarding journey

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term goals with schools, using change management strategies to ensure the successful implementation of our software
  • Show an in-depth knowledge of our products and their capabilities, and how they would be used in a school’s process
  • Review and confirm customization of products to facilitate clients’ processes
  • Translate clients’ needs to technical needs and vice versa
  • Conduct both basic and advanced training on-site and online, assessing users’ abilities and tailoring training to fit
  • Keep current on industry changes in education and change management
  • Transition the client relationship seamlessly to the School Experience Manager after the implementation period
  • Work with the broader Services & Support Team to identify the best possible approach to project completion
  • Work across teams to contribute to the overall mission of Faria, drive innovation of our products, and further our relationships with our client schools

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • An excellent communicator (clear, concise, and professional) both in writing and verbally.
  • Comfortable presenting to both small and large groups, either in person or digitally.
  • A creative thinker who can make inferences when troubleshooting.
  • Someone who enjoys collaborative work but maintains high personal accountability.
  • An interest in the field of education and a desire to help transform teaching and learning.
  • Willingness to travel onsite or to events when required.
