Job Overview:

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their business needs and guide them through optimizing their configuration of our product. Your role will involve gathering requirements, providing best-practice recommendations, and ensuring customers achieve the best results from their ThriveCart accounts. You will then work closely with the Implementation Specialists to execute the configurations and ensure a smooth implementation process.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to gather detailed business requirements and understand their goals for product configuration.
  • Solution Recommendation: Provide expert recommendations on how to best configure the ThriveCart product to meet customer objectives, ensuring optimal results.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation process, including coordinating with Implementation Specialists and ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of customer requirements, recommendations, and configurations for reference and project tracking.
  • Troubleshooting: Address any issues that arise during the implementation process and collaborate with the team to resolve them efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving internal processes and share feedback on product features to enhance the customer experience.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and product optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing implementation projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
